HEAVEN HAUNTS THOSE WHO LIVE IN BLISS....

So a 77-year-old female patient goes for a regular checkup to someone new who came recommended from one of her children. The doctor a man, practiced in the Jupiter section of Florida and with quite a past although unbeknownst to the daughter when she made the recommendation. The year is 2012 the month is February and who knew that this turn of events would result in the death of a beloved mother with an incredible past and many stories and children.

Accompanied by her eldest daughter to get yet another medical opinion as to the options available for the long suffering pain and discomfort she drives the 2 hours. The doctor greets her and her eldest daughter and discusses with the daughter various options including surgery to which when described to the patient was to be a simple standard procedure which would have her up an about in no time but still against the patients wishes is authorized to proceed with an invasive surgical procedure that no other doctor in the patients other domicile residence, Canada, would ever perform knowing the treatment would probably cause death.

Neither Florida doctor nor the daughter take the time to research and pull valuable history and medical information, which would have saved the deceased life. Since the patients history from former Canadian treating doctors never became a precedent, the duplication of neither the lethal cocktail medication nor the surgery was ever considered. No doctor in Canada her primary residence would ever agree to do such an invasive procedure let alone add an additional blood thinner especially one as controversial as Plavix whether he ever touched on the issue with the daughter was questionable and a straight answer could never be obtained not from the doctor, his office nor the daughter.

Multiple medications and a the long list of cardiac complications spanning over 20 years still the doctor schedules the surgery knowing the patient was scared and powerless over the daughters permission. The poor frail woman, who was very vibrant prior to that, and looked forward to celebrating Jewish holidays with her children at her home, as this was her tradition, would also blindly believe her daughter acted in her best interests. Although that was not the case. As what happened after the surgery would not only shock the 'other daughter’. (Daughter 2), but terrify the patient who would call (daughter 2) and (daughter 3), (still following?), to send her home either to New York or to Canada where she could maintain her integrity and be around those who appreciated, loved her and where most of her important doctors were.

Promising (daughter 2), she would comply with doctor ‘suggestions’, to have a follow up not indicating the severity, and absolute importance of her follow up she get's her way. The doctors casual ‘suggestion’ for such a 'follow up' was not only shameful, but also insulting at how he minimized it's importance and the surgery and drug contradictions, which potentially would pose an irreversible problem. He acted unlawfully and although no lawyer in the state of Florida has accepted the case due to the archaic and doctor serving only 'laws'. he very much still practices. It's my opinion that he should loose his license and never be allowed to practice medicine let alone be allowed to get away with it again ever.

  So the patient’s arrangements for her return home would be made by (daughter 2). No one else would pay the pittance airfare at the time to fly her back, and (daughter 3) avoided her numours calls when she tried to reach her, in fact an mp3 memo was later retrieved from (daughter 2) as a haunting and gruesome reminder of the frustration the patient felt post op while trapped in (daughter 1s home) pleading with (daughter 3) for her salvation, to get her out of there, but the call was not acknowledged nor was there cooperation.

Trapped like an animal in a small room in Florida at (daughter 1s) house where she became so angry and upset remember (post surgery), that she walked by herself the 20 mins (she was quite ill post surgery) to the "HIGHWAY" to try and just get away from the house. Until finally she returned and called again (daughter 2) who immediately booked her a flight back to NY to which patient proclaimed that she wanted to go back to Toronto Canada instead to which the daughter naturally accommodated BUT only after the charlatan doctor from Jupiter with a very colorful past as a self proclaimed healer with a book who says he was 'called by the lord to go back into a patients room who had been flat lined for 45 minutes and revive him), This is the doctor who took the beauty and beloved human who still had more living to do away..and the..Are you ready readers.. other members of the family.

Her other children who waited for 30 days not caring that she was a ticking time bomb, allowing her to return from one cage in Florida to be imprisoned in another, and taunt her for wanting to just rest instead of insisting the regular drives to the doctors for a much needed post op appointment. Instead they let her sleep and ignored her complaints of headaches by offering minor acedominophen..

The procedure goes according to the charlatan who is self proclaimed 'a healer' on national TV doctor went according to him, 'without a hitch' but when the medical records were later obtained by one of the deceased's other, (daughter 2) it is discovered that a different picture is painted and another attending surgeon at the hospital where the surgery took place was 'very concerned with the patients frail demeanor, and blood work and does not recommend her release post surgery suggesting close observation, extra bed rest and delayed release."

The Florida doctor/surgeon prescribed drug Plavix post surgery despite her being for years on drug Coumadin. He does  not take her off them to substitute the other. According to the internet at time of writing this blog, Sept. 2012, there  is a Plavix Lawsuit class action which 'this paitent and her family can not participate in'..despite the description of it's common and deadly applicable side affects ..it reads 'For individuals with high cholesterol or high blood pressure, Plavix doubles the risk of a heart attack, stroke or serious bleed.'..paitent dies of SERIOUS BLEED....and she had high blood pressure and high cholesterol...........

She was instructed after her hospital release to come back for a post checkup. The combination to my knowledge of those two drugs together is a lethal cocktail but worse the patient was released. Hence began the rapid decent into hell for her, and her family but from my standpoint for (daughter 2) the worst.

30 Days like a ticking time bomb until her eyes rolled back into her head, the valve burst and she was rushed in an ambulance to a conservative hospital where intervention was null and void excluding the monitoring of vitals..TWO days she still gave the medical practitioner’s and her family to open her up and save her life, .30 days her children had to save her. The Florida doctor who was called when she was had first stroked was unreachable for comment, until finally he casually returned the call to show little or no concern nor assistance to the doctors in Canada to whom he could have granted permission to try and save her through sugical intervention - something they would try her in the USA.

She sank finally into the abyss with no retribution yet and nothing left from the strength that sustained her 77 years. Gone from earth for ever but she haunts from Heaven..to those in the KNOW!.
